Update on Lower Sacramento River:

The Lower Sacramento River flows have notably decreased in the past couple of weeks, currently settling at 3,700 cfs, which is basically minimum flows for the lower Sacramento River. Caddis and PMD hatches are starting to pop every day and will only ntensify as spring progresses. April is almost here and is one of the prime months to be on the river getting bent up!

Walk and Wade options:

Hat creek and the McCloud river are the top choices as of right now for wading options. Upper Sac is good in spots but the flows are still a little high to open the whole river up for fishing.
