530 Outfitters had an outstanding fall season fly fishing across Siskiyou and Shasta counties. Whether targeting browns in the McCloud, enjoying trout on the Lower Sac, Fall River, Upper Sac, hat creek, or Pit River, or pursuing steelhead on the Trinity, the variety of options made for an epic time. Our guides appreciated the abundant opportunities to connect with awesome clients and the variety of options nor cal has to offer. With each river offering unique challenges and rewards, this fall season has reinforced our commitment to quality fishing adventures.

Winter has started off great chasing steelhead on the Trinity and trout fishing on the Lower Sacramento River. November was pretty incredible on the Trinity and there was a lot of wild and hatchery steelhead brought to the net. As steelhead season continues on the Trinity, we look forward to more winter storms to bring some fresh fish into the system. Lower Sac has been producing some solid winter fishing. We have been catching quality rainbows that make the reel scream.
